Fat Filled Milk Powders are produced by mixing dry whole milk powders or skimmed milk powders, spray-dried, with various food components and additives, in order to provide the customer (due to their requirements) with the required parameters of the end product. The properties and composition of these products allow using them like cost-effective option of Full Cream Milk Powder partly or in full. Our equipment allows us to produce a product with a different content of fat, protein, aromatic additives, fillers and stuffs (vanilla, cocoa, sugar, etc.), according to the specific final application and customer’s requirements.

Application:

Due to its properties, Fat Filled Milk Powder is widely used in dairy, meat, bakery, confectionery industry, in the production of frozen foods, semi-finished products, drinks, ready-to-eat breakfasts, soups, snacks, creams, sauces, milk drinks, ice cream, baby food, etc.

Packaging:
Multi-ply paper bags with heat-sealed polyethylene liner, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 40 kg net weight. Big bags 400 and 800 kg net weight.

Storage and Shelf life:

To be stored under cool, dry conditions in well-ventilated premises. If stored under optimal conditions the quality is stable up to 24 months.
